You’re at Starbucks, picking up a pizza, enjoying a dinner at a restaurant, getting a hair cut or just out shopping and you get to the cash register. You go to put your card in the scanner and the first thing that pops up is “Do you want to tip?” with suggestions from 10% to 20% to 30% on the screen with a no tip button as well. Before the pandemic, you may have only tipped at restaurants or if you’re getting a service. Now, however, it seems picking up a pizza to go or getting your daily coffee fix want a tip.

What do you think? Where do you tip?
